Albertine Region Sustainable Development Project (ARSDP) Bursary Scheme

In a bid to improve regional and local access to infrastructure, markets and skills development in the Albertine Region, the Government of Uganda (GoU), through the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development received funding from the World Bank to implement the Albertine Region Sustainable Development Project (ARSDP). The project was composed of three components including:

1. Regional access and connectivity.
2. Local Access , Planning, and Development.
3. Skills Access and Upgrading.
